Lake Regional Health System will host the free health talk “Live Well, Age Well” at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 13, in the hospital’s third floor conference rooms.
Lake Regional Registered Dietitian Anita Marlay, R.D., L.D., and Exercise Physiologist Jody Corpe, E.P., M.S., will lead this interactive session. Participants will learn how their nutritional needs change with age and will receive tips for making good nutrition choices. They also will learn how regular exercise can help them age well.
“At this health talk, we’ll discuss making choices that support healthy aging,” Corpe said. “We want to empower people to take control of their aging process and live better.”
The program is free, but registration is required. Visit www.lakeregional.com/events to register, or call 573-348-8222 for more information.
