The Lake Area Chamber recently held a ribbon cutting for RaftUp Technologies, at Willmore Lodge, located at 1 Willmore Lane in Lake Ozark. The ribbon cutting took place on March 29 at 4:30 pm, with founder and CEO Corey Boelkens, several local safety officials, and several local officials, as well as several Lake Area Chamber staff, board members, and volunteers in attendance. A brief reception at the Willmore Lodge followed the ribbon cutting.
RaftUp Technologies recently announced the launch of a new first-responder and 911 web safety tool called EyeRescue built in partnership with the Osage Beach Missouri Fire Department and Osage Beach 911, which services our Lake of the Ozarks area. With its new EyeRescue "SOS" feature, the RaftUp app does more than just connect boaters on the water. The new technology was developed exclusively to support 911 first responders and public safety agencies, and is automatically integrated with Raftup’s namesake RaftUp mobile app, which is available for free on iPhone and Android devices and was originally created for boaters to locate cool new places and find each other while on the water.
RaftUp is available to download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. For more information, call (501) 291-1568, or visit their website at www.raftup.com.
