About Us

Osage Beach's oldest hotel and tavern has been renovated into the most upscale lodging and dining experience at The Lake of the Ozarks. Originally built in 1932 by B. Ray Franklin, Franklin's Osage Beach Hotel, is an architectural marvel. The original project included 3 story concrete pillars, large steel beams, beautiful hardwood floors and stone harvested from Ha Ha Tonka. These original materials have been painstakingly restored and surrounded by modern conveniences and gorgeous furnishings to produce The Reserve Lofts a distinct urban feel unlike anything at Lake of the Ozarks.
