Key Responsibilities

- Drive brand differentiation through compelling messaging, creative storytelling, and digital innovation.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating digital, traditional, and relationship marketing to optimize reach and impact.
- Utilize data-driven insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
- Champion digital transformation, leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing performance.
- Oversee the bank’s website and intranet, ensuring both platforms align with marketing strategies, enhance user experience, and effectively support customer and employee engagement.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring strategic investment in high-yield opportunities.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, agencies, and industry leaders to amplify brand impact.
- Represent the bank at key industry events, positioning us as a thought leader in financial marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, challenge, and drive high-performance teams.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively represent the bank at industry events, media engagements, and community functions.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
