Make plans now to “Swing” the night away in support of the Lake Arts Council. On November 1 at the Camden County Museum, the Lake Arts Council presents “Swingin’ Through the Night,” an evening of music and dancing, featuring the Lake Jazz Band and members of the Greater Lake Area Chorale. From 6-9pm, we will honor our veterans and celebrate the swing music of the 1940’s. It will benefit the Lake Arts Council, which supports the arts for all ages, brings world class musicians and artists to the Lake area, and offers opportunities for children and adults to experience theater, music and visual arts. There will be delicious desserts, a silent auction, a 1940’s costume contest, a photo booth, and drawings for door prizes. There are a very limited number of seats! Tickets for Arts Council Members are $35, Tickets for all others are $40. Join your host, Kevin “KB” Burns for this wonderful evening of music and dancing. Call the Arts Council Office at 573-964-6366 or email administrator@artsatthelake.com for tickets or more information about the event and becoming a supporting member of the Lake Arts Council.
